Sam's Ocean View is a great ocean-front restaurant and bar. Each table has a great view of the ocean. The food and drinks are incredible. Entrees are expensive but worth it. They often have a talented singer on acoustic guitar. We really enjoy this restaurant. The owners and staff are very friendly. This is a very popular restaurant. Table reservations are subject to time limits which are described on their reservations page.
Look for Sam's just north of old town Kapa'a on the east shore. There are a few parking spots in front of the restaurant. If these are taken drive through to the back where you can parallel park along the beach park
