Tacos Al Pastor is a food truck along Kuhio highway that may have the best fish and pork tacos on the island.  Tacos Al Pastor is on the right side of Kuhio Highway just north of old Kapa'a town.  It is across from the Kauai Products Fair (Flea Market).  There is a small parking lot just past the food truck.
