The Hyatt Regency is one of the most beautiful resorts on Kauai.  Park in the self-parking lot on the left side of the entrance.  Go to the back patio and have drinks while looking at the ocean.  They have great Mai Tais.  There is a bar in the middle of their pool complex that is fun also.  Drinks are pricey but the experience is worth it.  They also have Stevenson’s - an upscale bar with live Hawaiian music most nights.
